Two countries. Nine days. One summer.
A taekwondo family's journey from the temples and bullet trains of Japan to the palaces, and the home of World Taekwondo, in Seoul.
It begins in Tokyo, with a guide waiting at Narita and a private bus for the whole journey. Over five days in Japan the group moves from Nikko's shrines to the lakes beneath Mount Fuji, rides the Shinkansen to Kyoto, and ends in Osaka, with Asakusa, Nara, Osaka Castle and more along the way.
Then it's a flight to Seoul: royal palaces, the view from N Seoul Tower, a visit to Korea National Sport University, a last morning at Kukkiwon, the World Taekwondo Headquarters, and more.
