About the Program

It's character development.
This unique 5-session series incorporates physical exercise with life skill lessons — designed to improve concentration, listening, cooperation, and courtesy at school, at home, and in team sports. We are currently enrolling schools for the 2026–2027 school year. The 2025–2026 school year is now closed.

01 / What It Is
5 After-School Sessions
Each 45-minute class is built around a core character value, taught through movement, technique, and reflection. Classes meet in your school gymnasium — no travel required for students.

02 / Who It's For
Grades 1 Through 5
Open to any student in grades 1–5. No experience needed. The program is specifically designed to introduce children to martial arts while reinforcing values that teachers and parents already instill every day.

Master Yang's instructors are patient, enthusiastic, and experienced with children. They have run this program at dozens of area schools over many years — your students are in excellent hands.

Our certified Black Belt instructors arrive at your gymnasium with all equipment and materials. Classes run 45 minutes, twice per week.
